Confraternity Books is a subsidiary of the Confraternity of Ss. Peter & Paul, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to the promotion of the Roman Catholic Divine Office, particularly among the Catholic laity.  Any profit made from the sale of our books is used to promote this aim.

Our online bookstore is designed to provide the Catholic faithful with all the literary means at the disposal of the Church, in order that they might better know, love and serve God, which is the very foundation of our daily duty towards our Maker.  Accordingly we intend to be a central clearing house for any books which would serve towards these ends.   

We send out regular newsletters recommending titles for the current liturgical season or that are of topical interest.  If you would like to be included on our e-mail network, please take a moment and complete the form on our homepage.

We are constantly adding titles to our inventory, and welcome the suggestions of our readers.  We will be happy to include a work if it complies with the standards we have established.  These criteria strive to ensure that no book will be sold on our site that would provide a likely danger to the faith or morals of our readers.

In these current unhappy times when so many of our churches have ceased to teach the undefiled doctrine of Our Lord Jesus Christ, it is the ardent wish of all of us here at the Confraternity of Ss. Peter & Paul that you, our readers, may have at your disposal the means to build up a truly Catholic home library, with all the essential titles you need to provide what is no longer taught in your local parish church.  Armed with the knowledge of our fathers, let us restore their faith to the world.
